Salesforce Certified Business Analyst

A company is looking for a Business Analyst - Manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Salesforce functionality

Configure, maintain, and enhance Salesforce environments (Classic and Lightning) to meet evolving business needs

Serve as the primary liaison between business units and technical teams for Salesforce-related projects

Required Qualifications

Salesforce Administrator Certification (Active and in good standing)

3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst

Proven experience working with both Salesforce Classic and Lightning interfaces

Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and automation tools

Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies
