Seeking entry-level Regional CDL-A Drivers to operate dedicated regional dry van routes. This role is intended for recent CDL-A graduates who have completed truck driving training and are looking for consistent, no-touch freight assignments while maintaining a professional presence with customers and on the road.
Estimated annual compensation : $70,000 to $80,000.
Schedule : Regional routes with two days home every other week.
Equipment and freight : Late-model tractors with automatic transmissions; dry van freight; 100% no-touch handling.
- Operate Class A commercial motor vehicles safely and in compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
- Transport dry van freight on assigned regional routes, adhering to schedules and customer delivery instructions.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report defects or maintenance needs promptly.
- Maintain accurate driving logs, inspection records, and required maintenance documentation to meet regulatory and company standards.
- Communicate professionally and promptly with dispatch and represent the employer during interactions at customer locations and on the road.
- Valid CDL-A license.
- Completion of a minimum of 120 hours of truck driving school within the past 12 months.
- Minimum age : 21 years.
- Ability to meet DOT medical and regulatory requirements for commercial drivers.
- Ability to pass required drug screening and background checks.
- Proficiency in English sufficient for safe operation and clear communication.
