We are seeking a Sous Chef to join our team! You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and dedicate time to expanding our well-established, family-owned farm-to-table restaurant. You will work with the Executive Chef and General Manager to :
Sous Chef Responsibilities :
- Oversee day-to-day culinary operations and ensure recipe adherence
- Coordinate food and kitchenware orders within budget
- Check freshness and quality of ingredients
- Assist in the development of menu items
- Recruit, hire, train and retain a top-notch culinary team
- Work with management to create a memorable experience for guests
Sous Chef Qualifications :
