• Lead and develop plumbing technicians for technical excellence and professionalism
• Schedule and track jobs using ServiceTitan and other company systems
• Ensure all work meets Texas plumbing code and company quality standards
• Communicate effectively with customers and office staff to maintain top-tier service delivery
• Identify growth opportunities within the plumbing department
