The Master Plumber - Utility Permitting & Compliance Specialist manages all permitting processes for utility construction projects, including waterline, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and fire line systems. Serving as the Responsible Master Plumber (RME), this role represents the company during fire marshal inspections and ensures compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. While the primary focus is permitting and compliance, the position also provides secondary oversight of quality control for utility work to support safe, high-quality, and productive operations.

The Master Plumber Utility Permitting & Compliance Specialist will be competent in the following areas in order to perform his / her role in a safe, high quality, and productive manner.
