MY Shower Door is the premier provider of Frameless Glass Shower Enclosures. This family-owned business has been successfully manufacturing, designing, and installing luxury glass enclosures for over 20 years! With a team of over 180, we currently maintain 10 locations throughout Florida.

Job Summary :
We are currently seeking a full-time Order Entry Specialist to join our team. This position will be responsible for ensuring accurate customer and order information is entered into the company’s SAP database.
The position will perform the following functions in order to ensure the highest quality customer experience :
- Ensure accuracy of orders including suppling missing or misstated information, correcting discrepancies, and calculating data related to orders when necessary.
- Work with the sales team to verify and edit orders.
- Contact customers via phone to resolve questions, inconsistencies, or missing information.
- Obtain and enter orders into the SAP system with efficiency.
- Respond to customer questions or challenges and offer appropriate solutions and alternatives.
- Provide timely customer follow up when necessary.
- Other duties as assigned.
Who you are :
- Previous experience in a customer service / data entry role.
- High level of professionalism, dependability, and trustworthiness
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills
- Organized and ability to multi-task
- Knowledge and experience of Quickbooks, and / or SAP experience a plus
- Ability to perform effectively and positively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Hours : Monday Friday 8 : 30 am 4 : 30pm
Pay : $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
