Family Practice Physician
Salary Range : $220,000 - $235,000 + possible $100-120K signing bonus
Requirements to Apply
- Valid and unrestricted California license
- Board certified or Board eligible in Family Medicine
- 3-5 years of Family Medicine (residency included)
- BLS Certification
- Current DEA registration
- Experience in primary care with a patient panel
- Prior FQHC / community health environment experience desired
- Epic Electronic Health Records (EHR) experience highly desired
- Bilingual English / Spanish is highly desired

Job Overview
The experienced Physician is responsible for providing and managing quality health care services to patients of our Clinics. Prescribing pharmaceuticals, other medications, and treatment regimens as appropriate to assessed medical conditions. Referring patients to specialists and to relevant patient care components as appropriate. Following established departmental policies, procedures, and objectives.
