Job Title : Leadership Role in Strategy and Business Development

This position is located on-site at DePaul and St. Clare Hospitals in St. Louis, Missouri and is not remote work eligible.

This role oversees strategy and business development growth initiatives leadership hospital care delivery and medical group growth to support SSM Health's mission in the St. Louis region.

Job Responsibilities and Requirements :

• Evaluates business opportunities and builds effective relationships in a dynamic and matrixed environment.
• Interacts with regional, system, hospital and medical group leadership and must demonstrate a strong executive presence, presentation skills and history of collaboration and bringing together teams.
• Identifies and fosters business development opportunities and develops strategies to advance the clinical program growth, outreach, and expansion initiatives.
• Collaborates and leads to develop strategic market-based plans to support growth across key service lines and programs.
• Direct partnership with hospital and medical group leadership to improve access for patients, new program development and outreach to expand the academic footprint of.
• Review, create and evaluate market research, financial analysis, and revenue expansion proposals.

Education : Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience or education; Master's Degree preferred.

Experience : Seven years' experience, with two years' in leadership.
