Our senior living community is looking for care staff to support our amazing residents. We are hiring for Swing and Noc shifts.

This psotion pays between $16-18.00 per hour DOE

About the Role (Brief) :

As a Caregiver at Ashley Manor , you’ll be the friendly, compassionate presence helping residents with daily routines and emotional well-being. This role blends purpose, connection, and growth in a supportive, small-home environment.

What You’ll Do :

Assist with personal care : grooming, bathing, dressing, toileting

Serve meals and help with feeding as needed

Support residents’ medication routines and monitor their well-being

Maintain a clean, safe, cozy living space

Engage residents in meaningful, uplifting activities

Keep accurate, thoughtful records to ensure quality care

Requirements (Must-Haves) :

Age 18+(or 17 with a CNA certificate in Idaho); pass criminal background check

Certified in First Aid, CPR

Able to lift ~35 lbs and committed to continuous improvement

High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred (Nice-To-Have) :

CNA certification or cooking experience for groups

Certified in Medication Assistance

Prior caregiving in assisted living or community service experience

Passion for enriching the lives of older adults
