Summary :
Provides day-to-day technical support for all users in a rugged construction / project site environment. Performs troubleshooting, configuration, and setup tasks related to desktop and mobile equipment and ensures digital tools are accessible and functional for field teams.
Purpose :
Provide hands-on, field-based IT support at the site in Notrees, TX, ensuring reliable operation of computers, iPads, network connectivity, onboarding, and field software / applications. This role supports site-based users and project staff in a rugged, fast-paced environment requiring tactical agility and strong experience with Apple iPads.

This is a field-deployed desktop support role, responsible for resolving desktop and mobile device issues, performing basic network checks, and supporting the configuration and functionality of multiple applications on iPads. Familiarity with JAMF or Intune, or a strong willingness to learn MDM systems is required.
