Regional Event Sales Enablement Manager
Job Summary :
The Regional Event Sales Enablement Manager is a critical role designed to elevate private event and outing performance across the department. By combining data analytics, training expertise, and field support, this position empowers Regional VPs and the Vice President of Event Sales to stay focused on big-picture strategy.
This leader will not only own divisional training and analytics but will also act as a liaison for a small subset of golf and country clubs, by facilitating regional calls, pulling key metrics, and assisting with forecasting. Their work strengthens alignment, drives accountability, and ensures consistent sales excellence across the division.
Day-to-Day :
Training & Development
- Own new hire onboarding, ensuring sellers are set up on day one and guided through the 30-day training program in partnership with Regional VPs.
- Design and lead the bi-monthly New Hire Training Program in Dallas, including curriculum creation, facilitation, and resource development.
- Continuously enhance onboarding and ongoing development to provide ESDs with the tools, playbooks, and confidence to succeed.
- Support and help deliver divisional / national training initiatives, workshops, and conferences.
- Use data insights, secret shop results, and performance reviews to identify gaps and deliver targeted coaching solutions.
Data & Analytical Insights
Maintain and enhance sales performance dashboards (lead volume, conversion rates, booking pace, revenue forecasts).Deliver weekly / monthly performance insights spotlighting risks, opportunities to provide the Regional VPs with the information they need to shape strategy.Evaluate pipeline health, conversion metrics and per-person spend to surface recommendations to the Regional VPs to prioritize and execute.Conduct, track and analyze secret shop results; build action plans for underperforming clubs.Administrative & Strategic Sales Support
Deliver high-level administrative and operational support to the Vice President of Event Sales, including reports, presentations, and communications.Assist in building and executing sales campaigns, marketing materials, and revenue-driving initiatives at the divisional level.Provide project management and follow-through on cross-functional initiatives to ensure accountability and execution.Communication & Collaboration
Act as the central liaison between Regional VPs, Event Sales Directors, and cross-functional partners.Lead and support regional calls (especially in the Public Region), ensuring agendas, data, and action items are clear, and outcome focused.Provide direct support to the Public Region (8 clubs) by :Facilitating with club-level calls and coaching
Leading regional calls and aligning key prioritiesPulling and interpreting regional metricsWeekly forecasting to keep the region on track.Manage logistics and content creation for divisional calls, training, and project roll-outs.About You :
Bachelor's degree preferred in business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role, preferably in the events or hospitality industry.Strong understanding of selling and executing events, marketing, and industry trends.Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Power Bi Analytics and CRM software.What We Offer :
