We are seeking a Dedicated and Compassionate Registered Nurses to join our team at our Behavioral Health Hospital in the Mesa, AZ area .
DAY SHIFT! 12 hour shifts!
Responsibilities :
- Administer medications and monitor patients for adverse reactions
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to the interdisciplinary team
- Provide emotional support and therapeutic communication to patients and families
- Develop and implement nursing care plans that address patients' physical, emotional, and psychological needs
- Document patient care and progress notes accurately and timely
- Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for patients by following hospital policies and procedures
- Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
- Provide patient education on medication management, coping strategies, and self-care
Requirements :
Must have unencumbered RN license in the state of Arizona or compact state
