Who You Are :

You are a business litigator who :

Brings 7+ years of complex commercial litigation experience (for senior candidates; junior roles available with 2–5 years).

Has a solid foundation in California state and federal court practice.

Demonstrates confidence managing cases from inception through resolution, including discovery, motion practice, and client strategy.

Values collegiality, responsiveness, and exceptional client service.

Possesses interest or experience in transactional and advisory work, such as contract negotiation, entity structuring, or risk management.

Maintains strong written advocacy skills, professional judgment, and presence in front of clients and opposing counsel.

Compensation & Structure :

Compensation : $200,000–$280,000, commensurate with experience and level.

Structure : Hybrid role (Los Angeles office), full benefits, and significant business development support.

Title : Senior Associate, Special Counsel, or Junior Partner (depending on qualifications and experience).
