As an Underwriting Service Associate this role will act within established guidelines and support the Underwriting teams; working closely with Underwriting Assistants to provide clerical / office support to assigned business unit(s) and / or department(s).

What will you do in this role?

• Prepare policies for policy issuance where applicable
• Review policies for accuracy and regulatory standards
• Review policy logs for accurate input
• Input policy and underwriting data in appropriate systems
• Process endorsements per request within established Company guidelines where applicable
• Work with identified resources to maintain a structured diary system. Work with identified resources to structure and maintain file organization
• Coordinate file pulls and manage diary system to ensure that all necessary information is received within established timelines
• Follow up on delinquent data
• Submission management where applicable

You may also be required to take on additional duties, responsibilities and activities appropriate to the nature of this role.

In this role, you will typically be required to : Be in the office 3 days per week, this is a hybrid role.

What we offer :

For this position, we currently expect to offer a base salary in the range of $45,000 - $55,000. Your salary offer will be based on an assessment of a variety of factors including your specific experience and work location. In addition, you will be offered competitive target incentive compensation, with awards based on overall corporate and individual performance.
