Our clients include real estate developers, homebuilders, casino operators, retail companies, and other entrepreneurs and business owners. The firm provides high‑level advisory services in mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, and the raising of institutional debt and equity capital.

Valtus Capital Group, through its affiliates, is the founding partner of Capro Capital — a joint venture with a large family office, Bruin Capital Partners, focused on real‑estate private equity investments. Together, Valtus and Capro manage and structure institutional‑scale investments in development, income‑producing, and opportunistic real‑estate projects nationwide.

Job Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree from a four‑year university with a record of excellent academic achievement
• Strong quantitative and accounting skills, and a strong command of the English language
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with experience in financial modeling, research techniques, and valuation methodologies
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong work ethic, team‑oriented, organized, and detail‑oriented
• Ability to work well within a tight‑knit team and exercise sound judgment in effectively carrying out responsibilities
• Minimum two to three years of investment banking or real‑estate finance experience
• In‑person role based in Las Vegas, NV; local roots or a demonstrated long‑term commitment to the Las Vegas market are prerequisites
