AI Strategist Principal Lead, Global Partnerships

In this role, you will partner directly with the Global Partnerships Leadership team to find solutions to complex problems. You will drive strategy initiatives that cut across Global Partnerships (GP) and across Google to help advance execution and decision making at the leadership level. The AI for GP (AI4GP) program led by Global Partnerships Transformation, aims to improve Global Partnerships velocity and impact through the development of transformational AI solutioning.

The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google's Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google's own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google's user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $180,000-$267,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Minimum qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in business process redesign, management consulting, business strategy, or similar.
• Experience working on transformational initiatives or AI initiatives with quantifiable business impact.
