HR Generalist
We are looking for an HR Generalist to make a direct impact on building a successful workplace. As an integral member of the Human Resources team, you'll deliver key HR services and support our people-centric culture.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage employee relations, performance processes, and HR policy implementation.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and orientation activities for new hires.
- Administer benefits programs and assist with payroll inquiries.
- Maintain accurate HR records, compliance documentation, and reporting.
- Provide guidance, resources, and support for managers and employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Participate in workplace initiatives and promote a culture of engagement and inclusion.
Requirements :
