SNAP FITNESS – VP OF TRAINING & SALES

Location : Pueblo West, CO

Compensation : Base Salary + Unlimited Commission Potential

About the Role

Snap Fitness Pueblo West is seeking a dynamic and proven leader to serve as Vice President of Training and Sales. This individual will be responsible for driving personal training revenue, developing high-performing trainers, and maintaining a culture of excellence, accountability, and passion for health and fitness.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and motivate a team of certified personal trainers
Drive sales performance through effective systems and goal setting
Build and maintain client relationships that foster trust and retention
Ensure every team member embodies the Snap Fitness brand values
Create and implement training programs that deliver measurable results

Ideal Candidate

Minimum three years of experience in personal training sales or fitness management

Proven track record in achieving and exceeding revenue goals

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Passionate about fitness, sales, and helping others succeed

Integrity-driven, self-motivated, and collaborative team player
