This is an opportunity for a creative, technically proficient, and highly organized designer who thrives in a collaborative studio environment. You will contribute to the conceptualization, development, and execution of projects across all phases—from early ideation to construction administration.

Salary

$65,000 - $80,000 annually. This range is a good faith estimate provided pursuant to applicable pay transparency laws and will depend on factors such as experience, education, and location.

Responsibilities

• Support production in conceptual design phases, including 2D drawings, 3D models, renderings, and presentation decks
• Demonstrate strong conceptual thinking and a refined aesthetic and functional sensibility throughout the design process
• Produce and coordinate comprehensive technical drawings, including document sets across all phases
• Work closely with teammates to promote a culture of design excellence
• Collaborate with internal architecture teams to integrate interiors with the broader project vision
