We're looking for a Senior Architect / Senior Detailer with strong technical expertise and a hands-on approach to join our collaborative, design-focused studio. This is a full-time, in-office position (no hybrid) focused on retail and large-scale commercial projects , with a primary emphasis on construction document production and field coordination

The ideal candidate excels at producing thorough, buildable drawing sets and navigating the fast-paced demands of commercial retail work. You'll be deeply involved in all project phases, especially CDs and construction administration , and will conduct field visits to ensure accuracy and design intent in the built environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the production of complete, code-compliant construction documents
• Conduct field visits to document conditions and observe construction progress
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to resolve technical issues
• Perform quality control reviews, redlining, and mentorship of junior staff
• Ensure drawing sets reflect constructability, code compliance, and design integrity
