Job Details

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement sales strategies for our data center solutions, focusing on achieving sales targets and growing our market share.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and requirements to propose tailored data center solutions.
  • Work closely with the engineering and product development teams to understand our offerings and stay updated on new technologies and enhancements.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to clients, helping them understand the benefits and functionalities of our data center solutions.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity, adjusting sales strategies as necessary to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences, representing our company and networking with potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns for our data center solutions.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management, using this information to inform strategic planning.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on sales in the engineering industry.
  • Proven track record of success in selling data center solutions or similar technical products.
  • Strong understanding of the construction industry, with the ability to leverage this knowledge to sell our data center solutions effectively.
  • Excellent technical aptitude, with the ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a customer-centric approach to sales.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
