Shipium Sales Development Representative
Shipium is hiring a curious, driven, and action-oriented SDR to help power our go-to-market engine. Think of this role as creating growth across the business. As an SDR at Shipium, you'll become a prospecting powerhouse, a creative campaign co-pilot, and a cross-functional collaborator. Your days will be filled with research, outreach, engagement, and experimentation, all aimed at connecting Shipium with the right people at the right companies.
What you'll do :
- Dig deep into company research and contact mappingthink detective meets strategist.
- Segment accounts and craft personalized messaging to open doors and start conversations.
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Success to execute go-to-market plays, events, and campaigns.
- Own outbound prospecting via email, phone, LinkedIn.
- Track and optimize your progress using Salesforce, Outreach.io, ZoomInfo, Gong, and more.
- Follow up on inbound leads with urgency, creativity, and insight.
- Assist in identifying upsell / cross-sell opportunities within our customer base.
- Engage with prospects to raise positive awareness and source conversations, discovery conversations, and a qualified pipeline.
- Nurture prospects over time, discover needs, offer relevant resources, and learn where they are in the buying process to help propel the sale forward.
- Contribute to the evolution of our SDR playbook and bring fresh ideas to every table.
Qualifications :
2 years in an SDR role with proven success, curious, coachable, and self-motivatedStrong technical skills, Salesforce, HubspotDetail-oriented and highly organizedIntelligent, both emotionally (EQ) and analytically (IQ)Creative and comfortable thinking outside of the boxA clear, confident communicator with strong writing skillsUnafraid of rejection and persistent in follow-upRelentlessly focused on learning and continuous improvementPay range is $26.00-29.00 per hour, PLUS a variable comp plan
Hybrid role based out of Seattle, WA, 2-3 days a week in the office
