Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals.

Lead and inspire a small team to drive innovation and growth.

Monitor financial performance and ensure efficient resource allocation.

Implement performance metrics to measure success and drive accountability.

Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and partnerships.

Drive customer acquisition and retention strategies.

Experience / Qualifications

Proven track record in founding or leading a startup in finance or insurance.

Strong strategic planning skills with ability to drive company goals.

Exceptional ability to inspire and lead small, dynamic teams.

Experience in financial performance monitoring and resource allocation.

Proficiency in implementing performance metrics for accountability.

Skilled in identifying and evaluating new business opportunities.
