Accounting manager

The Accounting Manager has at least five years of experience, as well as solid communication, technology and analytical abilities. Working knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is also valuable. Companies expect a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, but prefer candidates with advanced credentials such as a master's degree in business administration (MBA) or certified public accountant (CPA). Typical duties include : Preparing and / or reviewing appropriate ledger entries and reconciliations, Maintaining the general ledger system, Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements; assisting with, regulatory reporting as applicable. Must be able to work 100% Onsite. Qualifications :

• Bachelors in Accounting or Finance required. MBA or CPA a plus
• 5 plus years of experience in distribution or corporate finance
• Must have knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting and cost control principles; SOX knowledge
• Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and wrrtten
• Advanced skills in Excel and the Microsoft Suite
• Solid financial acumen

salary : $40 - $50 per hour
