We are actively seeking Corporate Litigation Paralegals near Armonk, NY, interested in a hybrid multi-year paralegal opportunity with our multinational technology corporation client.

Responsibilities

• Perform substantive tasks that assist paralegal and attorney teams in preparing for the case or matter at every stage, helping manage and organize the materials and information relating to particular matters and transactions.
• Assist in analyzing large amounts of due diligence materials regarding all aspects of a company's business operations; proofread documents and exhibits, charts and diagrams.
• Utilize current technologies and software programs with proficiency.
• Work on multiple projects with varying and competing priorities and deadlines.
• Work as a part of a team and independently.
