Position Overview :

Medadventures is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to provide high-quality rehabilitative care in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. Key Responsibilities :

• Assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment plans for residents based on their functional abilities and goals.
