Supply Chain Analyst
Location : Stratham, New Hampshire 03885
Job Type : Contract (Potential for Contract-to-Hire)
Pay Rate : $28.00 per hour
Job Summary
The Supply Chain Analyst supports Global Licensed Operations processes end-to-end for specified products. This role leads monthly supply planning buy cycle activities, including purchase order execution, delivery tracking, and coordination with regional planning, vendors, and category management. The position reports to the Manager, Global Licensed Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage new season setup in INFOR (PIRs & Routings)
Execute monthly global buys and seasonal SMS buys
Generate and manage INFOR shipment support and OTP reporting
Lead weekly partner reporting and quarterly partner reviews
Execute quarterly global production reports
Provide INFOR training and support to vendors / factories
Serve as a key contact for vendor / factory communications
Perform ad hoc reporting and support global supply planning
Collaborate with regional planning, logistics, and licensed partners
Ensure on-time, in-full deliveries aligned with regional demand
Maintain purchase order data and perform system administrative duties
Standard Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
2+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement
Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, INFOR) and Microsoft Excel
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with supply chain KPIs such as OTIF, inventory turnover, and cost-to-serve
Certifications such as APICS CSCP or CPIM are a plus
Additional Information
This is a contingent worker role with potential for contract-to-hire. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. The position is on-site in Stratham, NH
Pay Details : $28.00 to $28.98 per hour
