Job description

A company is looking for a Client Services Partner (Contract) to support the enhanced scan workflow and ensure a seamless experience for patients and physicians.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate the end-to-end clinical process for enhanced scans, ensuring smooth scheduling and follow-up

Facilitate home lab draws and manage the distribution of additional reports

Act as a liaison between patients, sales, and clinical teams to ensure high levels of satisfaction and communication

Required Qualifications

Experience in patient coordination, healthcare operations, or clinical support roles

Strong organizational and project management skills

Experience working with sales and physician relations teams is a plus

Proficiency in CRM systems, scheduling platforms, and medical record systems

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
