We are looking for HOST candidates that possess the following criteria :

• Open Availability (including WEEKENDS + HOLIDAYS) is a MUST
• 2 - 3 years of experience with high volume is preferred
• Experience operating OpenTable / Guest Center reservations system is a MUST
• Posses poise and a natural propencity towards warmth and gracious hospitality
• Ability to speak clearly and articulate to our guests, providing information and answering questions while focusing on etiquette and conveying a sense of calm
• Ability to comfortably engage in natural dialogue with notable reservations & first time diners alike.
• Ability and willingness to stand for the entire duration of a shift, up to 6-8 hours
• Detailed attention to the cleanliness of the host area and its surrounding environment
• Strong phone etiquette & grace under pressure

This is also a role where you will be cross-trained as a reservationist, allowing the ability for duality amongst our team and the ability to make both a higher hourly wage alongside tipped shifts. Minimum 2 years experience in this field non-negotiable.
