We’re looking for a Product Development / Production Assistant, Footwear & Accessories to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about product creation and execution eager to learn the full lifecycle—from concept to final production—within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Product Development Support

• Support the end-to-end product development process for seasonal footwear and accessories assortments, from concept through production.
• Manage and update product development trackers, line sheets, BOMs, and seasonal development calendars.
• Assist with sample tracking, vendor communication, and prototype organization across domestic and international partners.
• Coordinate product fittings and sample reviews; capture detailed notes and communicate changes to cross-functional partners.
