Job descriptionLead by example – Oversee daily operations with a hands-on, motivational approach. Deliver an outstanding guest experience – Ensure every customer leaves happy. Keep the team thriving – Hire, train, and develop a high-performing crew. Drive efficiency and profitability – Manage inventory, control costs, and maintain financial accountability. Uphold excellence – Maintain top-tier food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards. Two or more years of restaurant management experience in a fast-paced setting. A natural leader and problem-solver with excellent communication skills. A guest-first mentality and a passion for creating memorable experiences. Flexibility to work various shifts – we’re a 24 / 7, 365-day operation.
