NPFA Intervention Specialist

The K–5 Intervention Specialist is a compassionate, student-centered educator dedicated to helping every child reach their fullest potential.

This role focuses on providing targeted academic and behavioral support to students who need additional assistance, ensuring that all learners experience success, confidence, and a sense of belonging in the school community.

The ideal candidate is someone who believes deeply that every child can learn, and who approaches their work with empathy, creativity, and a collaborative spirit.   Key Responsibilities Deliver Targeted Instruction :

• Provide small-group and individualized interventions in reading, writing, and mathematics using evidence-based instructional practices aligned with the district’s MTSS (Multi-Tiered System of Supports) framework.
