Job Description

As a Security Officer - Media Patrol in Highland Park, MI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech / Media / Telecom and more.

As an unarmed patrol officer in a tech and media environment, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents and provide a welcoming presence. Your responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, assisting with access control, and delivering exceptional customer service and communication. This post requires a valid driver's license, as driving may be part of your duties. Pay Rate : $12.48 / Hour

Job Schedule : Day Time

Mon 10 : 00 PM - 06 : 00 AM

Tue 10 : 00 PM - 06 : 00 AM

Wed 10 : 00 PM - 06 : 00 AM

Sat 10 : 00 PM - 06 : 00 AM

Sun 10 : 00 PM - 06 : 00 AM

Responsibilities :

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, responding to emergency situations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, adapting to varying working environments and conditions as required by the location.
• Help to deter unauthorized activity through visible presence and attentive patrols.
• Document and report any unusual activity or incidents according to site protocols.
