Job Overview :
As the Website Strategy Manager at Speak, you will be the authoritative voice on all things related to website and project strategy within our creative agency. At Speak this means :
- Website Design Projects

- Redesign, UX, and Strategy updates for key clients
You will lead the development, planning, and execution of website strategies that drive performance and align with our clients' business goals. This role requires a deep understanding of user experience (UX), search engine optimization (SEO), web analytics, and current digital trends. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including project management, design, development, and marketing, to deliver high-performing, client-focused web experiences.
You will have a role in developing written philosophies and best practices for how our website strategy process operates. This will allow you to have an advisory role to our team and our clients and lead the practice of how we speak about it as an agency.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead Website Strategy : Own the end-to-end development of website strategies for a variety of clients, ensuring the final product aligns with their business objectives, target audiences, and brand positioning.Client Consultation & Leadership : Act as the go-to expert in client meetings to advise on best practices, trends, and innovations in website strategy, including UX design, SEO, and conversion optimization.Data-Driven Decision Making : Utilize web analytics, user behavior data, and market research to inform website improvements, track key metrics, and drive conversion-focused strategy.Cross-Department Collaboration : Partner with creative, project management, development, and marketing teams to ensure strategic alignment and seamless execution of website projects from concept to launch.SEO & Content Strategy : Develop and oversee the implementation of SEO strategies to ensure websites are optimized for search engines and meet content performance objectives.Trend Analysis : Stay current on the latest trends in web design, technology, and digital marketing, and incorporate this knowledge into strategic recommendations.Performance Monitoring : Regularly analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, and make actionable recommendations to improve traffic, user experience, and conversion rates.Client Communication : Present strategic website recommendations and performance reports to clients, ensuring clarity and alignment on all website goals.Momentum Management : Drive key strategies and growth opportunities for Momentum retainers by packaging up details of the next phase for scheduling.Proven experience (5+ years) in website strategy, digital marketing, or a related field within an agency setting.Strong understanding of SEO, UX design principles, web development processes, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.).Ownership and Value positioning of our website practice inside the creative agency.Ability to communicate complex strategies in a simple, clear, and effective manner to both clients and internal teams.Experience working in a cross-functional team environment, leading projects from strategy to execution.Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategy.Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Knowledge of CMS platforms and website performance tools.J-18808-Ljbffr
