Associate Investment Decision Analyst
The Role
As an Associate Investment Decision Analyst, you will use your expertise in quantitative analytics, decision science, finance, and accounting to strengthen the systems that guide our investment decisions. Using your expertise in (behavioral) finance, accounting, and statistical modeling, you will assess existing investment research and decision-making processes, identify targeted improvements, and develop innovative, code-based solutions that push the boundaries of investment efficacy.

The Investment Decision Analytics team is an interdisciplinary group committed to enhancing investment research and decision-making across all asset classesincluding equities, fixed income, and private markets. Our mission is to empower investor success by building robust, data-driven decision support systems that guide smarter investment strategies. The Investment Decision Analytics team is part of the Behavioral Insights Group in the Research & Investments Organization at Morningstar.

Total Cash Compensation Range $68,775.00 - 116,900.00 USD Annual
