We are seeking a dedicated and collaborative Pediatric Hospitalist to join our esteemed healthcare team
at Miami Valley in Dayton, OH
Responsibilities
About the Team
- Newborn nursery care with NICU support from Pediatrix Neonatologists
- The team will consist of 2 Pediatric Hospitalists
- Round and go model with call from home until evening.
- Pediatric nurse practitioner or Neonatal nurse practitioner present to round with Hospitalist.
About the Opportunity
Work with Family medicine residents from Wright State University and participate in resident education.Collaborative Teamwork : Work closely with a team of neonatologists and neonatal nurse practitioners to provide coordinated and comprehensive care to patients, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) : The ability to participate in CQI initiatives and clinical research projects, contributing to the enhancement of patient care outcomes and best practices.Knowledge Exchange : Take advantage of the opportunity to exchange ideas and best practices with a large network of Pediatrix providers, including over 400 NICUs and several thousand providers.Qualifications
Board certified Pediatrician
