Execution Developer

What you ’ll do

• Extend our STP product coverage and optimize existing workflows

• Assist traders with issues around the trade flow of listed macro products and OTC derivatives

• Assist with development of our Macro Trade Capture platform based on C#, React, and SQL Server, as well as planned OMS/EMS implementations

• Configure, manage, and provide level-2 support for our internal STP FIX infrastructure, which processes trades of all businesses of the firm

• Help users learn how to use the tools built by the team in their daily work to drive efficiencies

• Collaborate with Technology and teams outside of Technology to deliver cross-departmental initiatives that support the firm’s business priorities

What’s required

• 5+ years experience with C#, Java, SQL Server, React, and Python

• Prior experience with STP process in a financial firm

• Deep understanding of and extensive hands-on experience with order management systems and integrations with external trading platforms

• Familiarity with FIX protocol and FpML standard

• Basic understanding of financial markets and asset classes, including fixed income, FX, commodities, and derivatives

• Ability to work under time pressure in dynamic environment with constantly shifting priorities

• Attention to detail and excellent communication skills

The annual base salary range for this role is $220,000-$285,000 (USD) , which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
