Job Description :

Sun Valley Home Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and reliable Licensed Practical Nurse on a PRN basis to provide in-home healthcare services to patients. Responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, administering medications, assisting with daily living activities, wound care, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, clinical experience, and a passion for helping others maintain independence at home.

Requirements :

• Valid LPN license.
• 1 year of Home Healthcare experience.
• CPR certification.
• Previous home health or clinical experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for home visits.
