Senior Manager, Research Advisory

A company is looking for a Research Advisory Forums, Senior Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Oversees the SAF and TDAF process from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with organizational strategies

Coordinates with SAF and TDAF co-chairs, setting priorities and managing deliverables for seamless integration

Develops strategic partnerships with internal stakeholders to align SAF and TDAF activities with Research governance bodies

Required Qualifications

Doctorate degree & 2 years of technology experience OR Master's degree & 4 years of technology experience OR Bachelor's degree & 6 years of technology experience OR Associate's degree & 10 years of technology experience OR High school diploma / GED & 12 years of technology experience

Extensive experience in biopharmaceutical R&D and drug development

Advanced degree in a relevant field with substantial cross-functional leadership experience in governance

Proven expertise in leading complex governance structures and facilitating critical initiatives

Program and project management skills with experience in a healthcare-related environment
