What Youll Do

  • Meet with clients (virtually or in person) to understand their goals
  • Offer customized retirement and protection plans
  • Use powerful financial software to create reports and strategies
  • Follow up with leads and build long-term relationships
  • Attend weekly training and mentorship sessions

  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Self-motivation and discipline (this is remote work)
  • Interest in helping people make smart financial decisions
  • Background in sales, customer service, or leadership is a plus
  • Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
