Project Manager – Environmental Engineering & Brownfield Redevelopment

Our client, an established environmental engineering and consulting firm with a legacy spanning nearly four decades, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead environmental site assessments, remediation projects, and Brownfield redevelopment initiatives across Michigan.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage all phases of Brownfield redevelopment projects — from assessment and remediation through design and construction.
• Advise clients and municipalities on redevelopment incentives and funding opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations (EPA, CERCLA, and state Brownfield programs).
• Collaborate with developers, local governments, community groups, and consulting partners.
• Develop proposals, budgets, schedules, and project plans.
• Identify project risks, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure delivery within scope and budget.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of quality, safety, and collaboration.
• Support business development and client relationship growth through exceptional service and communication.
