Position Summary
Credit One Bank is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Acquisition Marketing Associate IV to play a key role in our digital growth strategy. This role will be responsible for optimizing the performance of our digital acquisition channels, with a specific focus on platforms like Credit Karma, Experian CreditMatch, Credit Sesame, and others. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, a deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape, and expertise in using advanced data science techniques to manage the acquisition funnel, execute A / B testing, and develop innovative targeting strategies, including the use of bureau and non-traditional data.
Summary of Essential Job Functions
- Conduct deep-dive analysis on new audience segments and targeting strategies to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities, utilizing advanced data science strategies.
- Manage the full customer acquisition funnel, from initial impression to application completion, to identify friction points and optimize conversion rates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on business objectives and execute data-driven strategies.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reporting to leadership, highlighting performance trends and delivering actionable insights derived from data analysis.
- Manage relationships with data SMEs at key aggregator partners, identifying new opportunities for partnership expansion and program optimization.
- Benchmark Credit One Bank's acquisition performance against industry competitors to identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, technology, and industry best practices, including advancements in data science and machine learning, to ensure Credit One Bank maintains a competitive advantage.
Position Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field. An MBA or Master's degree in a quantitative field like Data Science, Statistics, or Economics is preferred.5+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing or customer acquisition, with a focus on data-driven strategy and optimization.Proven track record of managing and optimizing digital acquisition campaigns, particularly within financial services and on aggregator platforms.Strong experience with A / B and multivariate testing methodologies and tools.Exceptional analytical skills with expertise in leveraging large datasets to drive strategic decisions. Proficiency with Python, SAS, SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).Experience applying advanced statistical modeling and machine learning techniques for predictive analytics, segmentation, and optimization, including experience with traditional bureau data and alternative data sources.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex analysis and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and data-driven environment.Self-motivated and results-oriented with strong project management skills and attention to detail.Credit One Bank, N.A. is a data-driven financial services company based in Las Vegas.
