Remote Customer Service Representative

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative-Fitness (Temporary - Remote - $15 / hr).

Key Responsibilities

Responds to telephone calls from members, fitness clubs, and health plans while demonstrating knowledge of fitness products and programs

Records call information, answers member questions, and coordinates necessary information for payments

Participates in meetings and collaborates with other departments to address issues and ensure teamwork

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED certificate required

1 year of customer service experience required

Inbound call center experience preferred

Experience in healthcare preferred

Basic experience using Microsoft Office required
