Are you a natural leader with a passion for driving operational excellence? GE Appliances is seeking a dynamic Manager, Manufacturing Operations to lead and inspire a team in one of our key manufacturing areas. In this critical role, you'll drive performance in safety, quality, delivery, and cost while cultivating a culture built on teamwork, continuous improvement, and respect.

As a Manager, Manufacturing Operations you will :

• Lead, coach, and support a team of Team Leaders and production team members to meet daily goals.
• Ensure safe, high-quality production through consistent processes and operational discipline.
• Foster a positive, inclusive culture aligned with our GEA values.
• Manage staffing levels and daily line operations to meet schedule and customer demand.
• Champion lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive problem-solving and escalate technical or quality issues effectively.
• Monitor key metrics and lead efforts to improve safety, reduce scrap, and optimize line performance.
• Own the accident investigation and resolution process to maintain a strong safety culture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Quality, Engineering, Lean, etc.) to deliver operational results
