Lab Instrument Controller Support

Must Have Technical / Functional Skills Windows 10&11 experience with installation and troubleshooting Extensive knowledge of IT hardware and software Knowledge of Active Directory and infrastructure tools (security / patching software) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong customer-service orientation Roles & Responsibilities Build, configure, deploy Windows-based PCs in a lab and business environment Troubleshoot issues on lab PCs. Assist with networking issues / deployments Monitor ticket queue Work directly with customers on resolving their issues

Salary Range : $80,000 - $87,000 a Year
