Your Role as a Whistle Express Site Leader
As a Site Leader, you'll oversee all aspects of site operations, from staff development to customer satisfaction and operational performance. Responsibilities include :
Leadership & Team Development : Recruit, train, and lead a dedicated team of assistant leaders, car wash attendants, and customer experience representatives. Cultivate a positive team culture aligned with Whistle Express's values and goals.Customer Experience Excellence : Ensure every customer receives top-notch service, addressing their needs, answering questions, and promoting our unlimited wash memberships and services.Operational Management : Oversee daily operations, ensuring safety protocols are followed, equipment is maintained, and all vehicles meet our "Sparkle Assurance" standards.Sales & Financial Performance : Drive site profitability by managing budgets, setting sales goals, and maximizing revenue through membership sales and promotions. Monitor financial metrics and implement strategies to improve performance.Problem-Solving & Decision Making : Lead by example in resolving customer concerns, handling operational challenges, and making strategic decisions that enhance both customer satisfaction and site efficiency.Why Whistle Express?
