Job Type : Travel Registered Nurse Contract

Start Date : November 17, 2025

End Date : January 17, 2026 (No contract extensions)

Shift : 12-hour night shifts (7 : 00 PM – 7 : 30 AM)

Hours per Week : 36

Estimated Weekly Salary : $2360–$2420 per week

COVID-19 Vaccination : Required for all healthcare staff

NICU Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active, unrestricted RN license in Rhode Island (Nursys verification required)

Minimum 1 year of recent NICU RN experience in a U.S. hospital

BLS (Basic Life Support) certification – Required

NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification – Required

Experience with EPIC electronic medical records – Required

Ability to work 12-hour night shifts exclusively

Proficient in English communication

Completion of all onboarding health and credentialing requirements (immunizations, background checks, etc.)

NICU RN Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, family-centered nursing care to critically ill neonates following ANA Standards of Professional Nursing Practice

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate outcomes

Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care and safety

Accurately document patient care and progress using EPIC EMR

Educate and support families throughout the NICU experience

Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and healthcare regulatory standards
