Project Management Site Development Process

Position : Project Management Site Development Process New Site Development

12 Month Contract

Location : Can sit in Edina, MN or Denver CO

Schedule : Hybrid 3 days onsite 2 days remote

Scope of Services

I. End-to-End Project Management

Provide comprehensive Site Development Project Management services for New Site Development projects. This includes managing third-party vendors (e.g., site acquisition, A&E, environmental services) from project release through entitlement completion.

II. Site Development Process Oversight

Facilitate and oversee key Site Development activities, including :

• Managing lease agreements through the Client approval process
• Reconciling and managing vendor purchase orders (POs) through the approval workflow
• Coordinating materials to ensure timely creation, submission, delivery, and pick-up

III. Market-Level Reporting

Deliver weekly market-level reports tracking actual project progress against the forecasted plan.

IV. Database Management

Ensure all project milestones and deliverables are accurately entered and regularly updated in the applicable Client databases.

V. Supplier Governance

Manage supplier personnel and provide governance to ensure timely issue resolution. Develop and implement improvement plans when supplier performance is deemed unacceptable.
