Senior CAD Technician

A company is looking for a Senior CAD Technician.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare complex architectural and engineering construction drawings for residential and commercial projects

Support and mentor team members while producing high-quality construction documentation

Communicate effectively with contractors, clients, and internal teams to support project needs

Required Qualifications

Associate's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or related field, or equivalent professional experience

Minimum of 2+ years of experience in 2D and 3D drafting using AutoCAD Architecture

Advanced knowledge of residential and / or commercial construction techniques and documentation

Strong understanding of CAD / BIM concepts; proficiency in AutoCAD required

General knowledge of applicable building codes
