About the Position :

As a call center representative, you'll have the opportunity to connect with a diverse group of individuals over the phone. Your primary focus will be providing exceptional customer service, answering inquiries, and resolving issues promptly. You'll work as part of a dynamic team, and your ability to communicate effectively and efficiently is essential.
